No they wont. Really shows all you know! Western nations without the death penalty WILL NOT extradire someone who faces it. It is against their laws!

If there is some facts woven to a lie then they are more likely to be believed.
If this case is indeed fabricated and exaggerated then if they women were to start throwing that they were tied up or held down etc, that cant be backed up with physical evidence then the whole story holds a lot less weight.

But thats my point. According the the other guys there is no evidence. They say that Sweden just want him on their soil so they can pack him off to the USA. So if they were right the owmen could make up any story.,..he could be questioned,.....then found that there is no bAsis for their story..and packed off to the US.

They never asked for any guarntees the kidnapped prisoners wouldn't be executed. In fact some of those kidnapped men are facing the death penalty in Guantanamo Bay Concentration Camp.

Stop will ya. Seden and no other Western nation that does not have the death penatly wont extradite someone to be put to death. It is against their law. I think someone might notice if they done it in this case.
And what men in Guantanamo face the death penalty? They would have to be charged first and then get a trial. Stop making stuff up will ya.

I dont care about rendition. Why are you bringing it up? I care about a man who is anted on a European arrest warrent by Swedish Police. I believe that the law is the law and it applies to us all.
But you and the other sheep will believe anything about this man. He could go out tomorrow and shoot a room full of people in front of 100 witnesses and you sheep would all believe its a plot.

Conspiracy theories usually have me grinding my teeth and questioning peoples sanity but the case against Julian Assange stinks to high heaven. I would normally expect an innocent man to face the music and prove his innocence, I don't blame Assange for running for cover in this instance. Personally, I don't see a way out of this for him though without facing the charges at some stage. Maybe if his lawyers got a firm agreement that the Swedes would not extradite him to the US as he has committed no crime there.

I imagine the reason why the charges are so weak is to get him to Sweden to answer questions and for him to think he'll beat it...

The US want him alright. There is a grand jury inquiry and an FBI case open on him. That came out at the Bradley Manning trial. They have his associate Manning in some horrid conditions over there. Making him stand naked for hours outside his solitary confinement cell and all kinds of sick stuff.
Assange released thousands of US Military documents showing their war crimes and they want his blood. And the videos.... they were the worst. I remember the one he released where thy butchered 12 journalists, even the ones trying to remove the injured and dying. God help him if they get their hands on him
