filly63: A daughter of a friend at work got pregnant after a one night stand last year and her mum was hoping she would miscarry, i couldnt believe anyone could say that about anyone never mind about her only daughter, thankfully the baby girl is now a 7 month old beauty..
When i told my parents I was pregnant the first thing my mother said was....'well its too late to do anything about it now!' (I was 24wks pregnant when I found out) I was shocked and my dad jumped to my defence.
My son is my mothers pride and joy now.
A parents initial reaction can surprise even themselves.

lol dont we all want the best for our children..so we teach them, but as we all know..not everyone listens..and not everyone cares enough to teach..or knows enough to pass on the info..
u can hand a teenager a plastic doll that wakes u in the night ..but u can never teach someone real responsibility of raising another human and the fears and emotions and trauma that goes along with it...til they do it, for real.

Girl is pregnant, fella asks her to marry him, she laughs at him and says she doesn't want to marry him, he says thank God for that!!
She never married, he did and has 3 more kids, but has been a very big part of his first sons life and everyone gets on the best.
If only all stories had this happy ending
