You can't put a picture in the forums, or in a private CS mail - uploading your picture to the site is the only way unless you use another email address like hotmail, yahoo, etc or you send it to them over an instant messenger. I hope this helps.

Never tried it with CS, I would think the [image tag would work but you need to have that picture on the net somewhere. I don't think CS allows picture adding in emails. May some one else knows.
