I have a wee question,
Lately I have been attempting to contact various people on this site, and it has been the most pointless exercise I have to say. Many of the mails are read and never replied to. The people I mail do not even check out my profile
What is the general consensus on here about communication. If you (both male and female) had a mail sent, what would make you reply to it?
Is it the profile info, the mail content, the profile pic... ?
For the 1% of people who have replied I have struck up a fantastic friendship (Ye know who ye are... )
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

i posted a similar thread last night..im convinced its an ego boost , i laugh at it and rarely bother sending mail now. think its like slow dances in the 80s , when women discuss how many asked them to dance and got a kick out of refusing..its just ignorance ..thats all !!I have a wee question,

I do think it is down right rude not to reply to mails, but, then again it is there loss missing out on the craic with 2 amazing specimens of the male population - us 2 ;o)

hi, your doing nothing wrong ,dont change your personality and profile for the majority of false women on this site,stick with the good ones, friendship is nice knowing thats how far its going. but the majority of false women, the ones who uses the OH GOSH and all the JARGON PHRASES, stay well clear, they only talk the talk and can never WALK THE WALK, i can see through the pros and cons on this site, just follow your gut instincts.I have a wee question,

Have faith in yourself, why assume its YOU doing something wrong, its the people who are choosing to ignore mail that are doing wrong, dont try to change to please others, always stay true to yourself and someday someone will come along and see what a great person you are

Just because people are members, doesn't mean they're available, or willing to meet your personal expectations. Each person has their own reason for being a member and their own reasons for using the tool as they wish.
I recommend you stop 'searching'. I recommend you use the socialising facilities (there's quite a few of them) and let things happen naturally as they would in the outside world.
