Kristia49: Sad but true. I always wonder, where are the families of these people.
I think, families should take one person into their home to celebrate xmas. So, so sad.

Sometimes it is the family that is prodigal and not the son. sad flower

Nuliiiiiii: I think that was said in Jest

Okay, thanks Nuli for clearing that up.

Being alone on the holidays is no fun. I use the time to clean out my file cabinet, shredding things that have important information on it.

Or, go through your closet to collect old clothes for Goodwill or some other agency who donates clothing to the homeless.

If you have a cellar or garage, it probably could use some organizing.

But if you really want to be with people....strangers you don't know....go to a funny movie, or volunteer your time at a soup kitchen.

There's always a movie. "A Wonderful Christmas", or "Rudolph" might cheer you up or so many other holiday movies you could rent.

Here's a list of holiday movies.

Splurge on food you enjoy and cook yourself a fantastic dinner to enjoy while watching the movies.

The worse thing you could do Dylan is feel sorry for yourself. The video Godsgift posted sends a strong message about people you are REALLY alone.

Whatever you do, I truly hope you find some peace and enjoyment on the holidays gingerbread cold santa waving

I am simply appalled at your parents for going off on holiday without you, its disgraceful. Have you any relatives that will mind you during the holiday?
In response to: any1 in the same boat
