it is the one you are happiest with. I like unbuntu also even tho my version is pretty outdated at this point (it was a university research project that I do think exists any longer). I can see how Windows would be preferred by those who are not developers
so all that matters is what the individual likes. one is not better than the other - tho some versions can be be better than others.jmho
