go to it with an open mind ped. if you find it helpful, by all means continue, but if you find it's bringing you down and getting you into your head too much, then probably better give it a missthumbs up but i echo what someone else said being around other people with their own problems might not be the best answer...

but best of luck regardlesscheers

They are a brilliant organisation P. and the support groups are great if you need them. Have a look at their website for times and addresses, there are a few around the Bray area.

Well they take in €1,500,000 a year to keep 10 of them going so I suppose they should be running the odd group, eh? Let's see.... Wicklow.... here we are...

Parish Rooms, Herbert Road, Bray.
Depression Support Group meets every Monday except Bank Holidays at 7.30pm.
Call our main office on 01-6617211 (9am-5pm) or Rosemary on 085 856 8204 for more information.

One meeting a week, except bank holidays, in the entire county of Wicklow. Wow! What a brilliant organisation......

Oh yeah, the office number is only manned during office hours... weekdays (not including bank holidays). laugh
