Cruel by heart is a pretty harsh statement to make in one breathe, and in the next, want her back. Just because we love, doesn't always mean that its returned ...... unfortunately.
If she truly means that much to you and you know her more than merely from an internet friendship (which I'm suspecting it is), then go to her and try to work things through. One doesn't generally lose contact with someone they love merely by getting deleted from a list.

I second this, lol. If you are in a relationship as "deep" as you purpose op then you would def have a hell of alot more ways to contact this mary, not just mailing her online.
As for women being cruel you cant' tar everyone with the same brush, maybe "Mary" isn't being cruel at all, it's possible you came on way to strong with the girl and freaked her out. Without knowing details no one here can tell you why she has deleted and blocked you.
