ABSOLUTELY NOT!
How on earth are you going to be able to exploit them if they are educated!! Why do you think the education system in the inner cities is so poor? I mean they might actually try to climb out of the slums they live in and try to better themselves, I mean they might use that education to become politically active and try to force democracy upon the minority who control the US.

Should I be able to have access to social services, healthcare and education as a illegal immigrant in England? and hopefully a place to stay so I can do so to be a better person and change the way things are going there at this time? Better yet, even if I get there then what are my chances in not being deported or put in prison? I should say that if I get caught before the 14 years that I would then become a candidate for residency. But that part about getting my expenses taken care of before the 14 years? And of course I know that there are many other countries that if I was caught in that situation I would be in serious trouble. And that is if I could even get my way through the borders in the first place.

To my knowledge, there is no requirement to show legal residency to access our (UK) education system. Education for ALL children, no matter what their status, is free. In fact access to education is a legal requirement.
Healthcare and 'social care', what ever that means is different. It depends upon the situation (in the UK) urgent healthcare for example heart attacks, road traffic accidents are dealt with BEFORE the status of the patient is considered. If you really want to deal with the issue of immigration rather than just take advantage of the status of immigrants you need to attack the people who employ them. Confiscate businesses that use illegal immigrants, treat the profit from the employment of illegal immigrants as the proceeds of crime. Offer immunity to immigrants who give up their employer. Then watch how quickly the illegal immigrant problem starts to drop!
Almost all illegal immigrants are economic migrants who come to 'whatever' country to work. No work and they won't come.

I surely agree about the availability of work being one of the motivations. I even will go so far as saying that in the case of the US here I believe that if the government wanted to really change the way it is that they could, granted that like many things after it has been going on so long that it has become that much closer to the norm.

In other thread I posted my opinion that if the government gives that kind of rights to illegal inmigrants, then they aren't illegal anymore. It's a tacit permission, a contradiction.
