How many months is that for T? was thinking of transferring from a house to an apartment but management fees is putting me off. I'm assuming you have to pay property tax aswell?

You should look into your management company. You know you're a shareholder of that?dunno The company who built your estate is probably running it and using their contractors to do the work while adding on a healthy 40% for themselves.
Get together with your neighbours and ask for the financials of the company. See what they are paying for each service they provide and simply get someone in that will do it cheaper.
So many people don't know the fact that they own the management company not the builder. I bet you could cut your annual bill in half if you do that.
