pedro27: did u ever hear of schizoaffective disorder?
nope you just told me and i googled Schizoaffective disorder is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a mental disorder characterized by recurring abnormal mood and psychotic components.
mental disorders, most of times you don't realise they have them until you share the daily life. writers actors suffer this disorders. the ''episodes'' are difficult most of times.
Depends on the person. and the severity of there illness. I grew up with this in my family. Its very hard to deal with just like if a dear one had cancer or any other serious illness.

Nothing wrong with that Pedro, You are brave sharing this issue of your personal life, which says that you have the courage to face your reality. I am sure many people here don't share their issues ,afraid of rejection.
