Ive; converted more than a few now to cottage cheese away from Philadelphia and that red cheddar. One of the highest sources of protein per mass you can buy, 85c down in Aldi. And you can get either the plain stuff or the Onion and ... something else flavoured one either. I like the plain stuff.

thats the thing i eat the plain myself..although the yoplait one with pineapple was nommy years ago..dunno if they still make it..anyway besides i could chop up some pineapple n lob it in...
