Most of people know what they want right or wrong, but we have eyes, and sometimes we want to match with persons that are not what we are looking for. yes love is blind ... and the life lessons make you grow ..

I don't think people get blind when they are inlove, they just have this idea that eventually the other can change.. And I think mistakes and failures make us grow too.

...I think most people do know..but use caution.....and put up barriers......in case it happens again......sometimes one has to lower them a little.....in order to live a normal life....because who knows what chances we might have missed......jmo.Do you agree ?

It is very hard to lower down the defenses when you know that it will surely be breached.. I tend to strengthen it unknowingly..

Some relationships are not successful because they ignore the lessons learned from previous failed relationships and expect it to be different the next time around. In a sense, this is the bit about love being blind.

I think some relationships are not successful for a number of reasons - but to say it's because the person doesn't know what they want or what they are looking for in a mate... is rather simplistic.
Most people are looking to connect with another on all kinds of levels, spiritual, physical, emotional..... sometimes for something permanent and long lasting, some for just a night.....
