Just some of the dictators that the US sell arms to and considers allies are Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al-Said of Oman, King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, President Ali Abdullah Saleh of Yemen, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo of Equatorial Guinea and Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov of Turkmenistan.

liberate us? we have been liberated 22 years ago from soviet union with paying our blood,and without any help of the west.they prefered keeping quite when were getting terrorized by Russian-Armenian army.And Aliyev has done great things for the development of my country.
