Well they do say that when you quit the smokes you get all kinds of infections as your body expels the toxins.

think I will just go back on the cigarettes my sweats might stop hahaha. My eldest sister was concerned thats all she works in a hospital she never drank nor smoked she would panic when she seen me in agony thats all im nearly over the worst now.

dead right I still think mentally im only 20 watching Ryan Giggs playing football at forty would motivate any man , but my motivation is extreme will have to take your advice and slow down find some balance.
