Obstinance_Works: Islam should have died already and it is in its death throes now as we see it in turmoil. The West is in its natural twilight experiencing a long period of decline and stagnation: like a geriatric, but the West will live on for perhaps another century just like Ancient Egypt lived on for centuries in a stagnant shadow of its former self due to their being nothing to replace it.
I'm uncertain as to what will happen now other than the death of Democracy and the collapse of Liberalism. But the young nation at the core of the world - Russia - will form the next high culture that sets the tone of the world.

I don't know where your getting your information, but Islam is alive and well here in the states, the day that in Oklahoma we have Sharia law on voting ballot....it's far from dead JMO

my point being he said Islam was dying, that's furthest from the truth...my whole point is Oklahoma is a very conservative state in the middle of the bible belt, if Sharia law ends up on our ballot, it'll end up anywhere

Well thank goodness it didn't pass...I haven't read it all the way through, just the first knowing that women don't have ANY rights is just down right scary...but IF it would have passed here, OMG all a dude would have to do is say he's a practicing Islam and he would be covered by Sharia

Islam is dying at home which is where it counts as it is mans' evolution with the land he inhabits that ultimately forms culture and grant to it its character.
Whatever Islam becomes in Europe and the US it will not be the Islam that we know and if anything it will merely tie into the death of the West. Islam will just be one amongst a panoply of transplanted incompatible factions that we have here in our melting pot, just like Ancient Rome that declined when it was at its most diverse and decadent.

Constantine's Christianity at the end of Rome is analogous to our modern Liberalism and its new-agers and hippies: A one-worlder view completely divorced from native tradition which was designed to hold together a diverse and splintering empire populated by an increasingly cosmopolitan people. This is exactly how the West is today.
Rome fell no more than 100 years after this.
