Ok so the indymedia 'evidence' can be instantly dismissed, as can anything you find on a site populated by dissident republicans and the looney left. Just one lack at the language used by the 'contributors' will tell you all you need to know about their judgement.
The Livingstone link I'd take more seriously but even he has an anti-establishment agenda. I'd like to see a reputable paper or Panorama covering it. Anyway Mounty was a second-cousin of the queen? does that count as 'royal family'? A bit distant I'd have thought!

I read that article by Sheahan in today's Sunday Independent, SF is a aprty that does not tolerate dissent and the party leadership would be quite ruthless in dealing with any councillors, TDS or MLAs who dissent from official party policy or any major issue by de-selecting them as election candidates.
It's an authoritarian party that wouldn't look out of place in a dictatorship when It comes to dealing with dissent.
It's hardly suprising that most of the young guns in SF were defending Adams at all costs.
