unlaoised: Cache clearout has helped, it's more stable for me now. Thanks
clean your temporary files too,
Go to start menu-->Run-->type PREFETCH and enter, new windows would be open, delete all temporary files..
and if you have xp windows, then you can delete dllcache files too,
same procedure, just type dllcache in run and enter,
you computer speed would be better than before
