Personally i dont think id go below 17/18 and probably not above 28. Girls generally go for older guys neways - cos they mature slower methinks..

I don't see anything bad with it, life is too short so have to enjoy every moment of it. Age difference is not a question, it's more about compatibility. And for sure, in every relationship there are heaps of differences that need to be worked out and it depends if both parties are WILLING.

As long as it's legal and you're both happy, then why wait?
Granted, you're 25 and she's 45. There's a good chance she won't be able to have kids. If that's something you're looking for (if you're looking long term) then she might not be the one if you're looking for your own kids. Just something to ponder.
