Religion has a lot to answer for,personally i think it should be banned,you really never hear any good news related to it.The Mormon Faith are pretty strong on all that stuff,their choice i suppose.

E tabs can leave you with permanent depression...steer clear of them..I took them when I was younger too and had a great time..the next day is pure hell..a horrible dirty comedown..weed in moderation is alright..no harm smoking a joint every now and again..overall drugs don't work..the best way to live your life in healthy food and plenty of exercise..look after yourself not pump toxins inside you

Something you feel that makes you feel good afterwards,,,,,even listening to music you don't normally listen to,,change your routine, to break the monotony ,,however small that may be,,could be changing the furniture around,,a different hairstyle,,bright socks,,lol,..sleep on different side of bed even,,,take a walk with your earphones,,try something different to eat,,,take things Easey on yourself, but yet try make an effort to make small changes that make you feel good in a natural way,,,read a book take a walk breathe in the fresh air and give yourself a smile to show you care,,....about you.

An addiction is when a persons life becomes unmanagle and they do not have any controll over it,
So don't why should you care about the ones that pontificate to you that are basically strangers to you, and tell you how to run your life ,,let them take care of their own.
