Just a few weeks ago I was "hammered" on for being a person in a committed relationship (developed on this siteQ) for daring to even come back,....to the forums,....where the dating topics seem to be revloving around geo-political/ideological conflicts, religion, political indifference, sometimes a bit of music, ignorance,...a bit of movie trivia,...and stuff already totally available in the news,.....wow,...."dating" sure has changed!! This totally sounds like the stuff I hear at the coffe-table at work, in the bar,...uh,....all the kind of stuff that EVERYBODY talks about on dates,....time for me to just go for a hike....

Why not start dating relating threads then? No point going on about what's on site, when you have the option to add something else to the mix.

I don't know why you were 'hammered' or who was the 'hammerer(s)'....
When I was in a relationship, I still popped in from time to time for the Forums. Yes, a great place to share views, have a debate, share some laughs. I found much entertainment and witty views, good friendships, etc.
There will always be those, in all walks of life and via any medium, who are judgemental and will deem what is appropriate for someone else's life, my friend. If you are not hurting anyone else (and I should imagine you are totally upfront with your partner?) then I can't see the problem..?

That's how I do it. The "Cats aren't cool" is just one of the many ideas you can post. It was a short story, that could have been continued by others, but it wasn't. No big deal.
Just use your imagination and let the creative juices flow.

Keep your jets cool and your head will follow. It's summer and a lot of people are sidetracked with holidays and other stuff. Soon it will be all flirting again.
With regards to the insult mail. Just don't bother reading any of them, unless you know who it's from and what it's content is likely to be. There's no point in going Online to get insulted, when you can just get that easily (and better) from the kids that hang outside the shops

I don't know why people are giving you trouble over not being single though. My profile has stated I'm not looking for months. It's my header "Not looking" and restated in the(actually as the) body of my about me paragraph. The only difference being I haven't changed the check box from divorced to not single.

I flirt with my spouse, and love seeing others flirt! I far too often have to deal with situations where people are fighting and feuding! Seeing others flirt reminds me to do the same in my relationship,....that far too much time is spent fighting. That is why I enjoy seeing others flirt (as opposed to fighting!)
