i suspect its hard to vote a person out when they have been voted in. i guess there would have to be an uprising or something of the sorts to overthrow them. can a politician vote for themselves? i thought they could

thelad2007: border protection is a complicated one. many illegal immigrants flocking into europe at the moment from places such as syria. i feel sorry for these people but i suspect many have very complicated problems such as poverty and mental health problems. im not sure europe is ready for them. i can understand why many people would travel illegally into a country, to escape the hell hole they have come from. poverty is a very complicated problem of which humans have not found a solution to.

Lots of people complaining about immigrants in America were not born in the country themselves.

First of all, America is not that messed up as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't want to live anywhere other than perhaps Switzerland where I lived once or Australia.
Second it's not too late to talk about anything, we can learn on many things based on how things are carried out and most writes are not about time. Evaluation of one's performance is only done after some time.

If you're born in a country, you don't need visa. And that is impossible, as the world is getting smaller when it comes to business and travel.
Anyways immigration laws are made for a reason and must not be violated.

i can see what your getting at but i have seen some benefits of having foreign people living in my own country. unfortunately the disadvantages can sometimes overshadow those benefits.
in regards the poverty ridden immigrants, i try to put myself in their shoes which is really impossible to do but i think i would probably do what they do in order to survive. its a very complicated problem.

Oh yes my heart goes out to the 89 percent third world place Thelad, but that's why we can accommodate immigrants anywhere, but not illegally entering a country. There's 14 million account a recently published on number of immigrants now.

That's why I don't blame those illegal entrants, it's the responsibility of the country to enforce everything to protect the borders.
