As a chef most meats and fish purchased are locally sourced as are most fruits with the exception of exotic fruits such as bananas and pineapples.. Also i use spices which generally come from Asia.

In my country some of we produce by local farmer & as maritime country of course we have our own fish.
But due in here sometimes some thing need to find in asia market only but there is also at some supermarket

Hi Ali,When I lived in California even though the stores out there have tons of orange groves they still get their oranges from Australia because they claim that the orange groves can't meet the demand for the stores.
