This is my forth day of not smoking.
I am really proud of myself, and was wondering if anyone else has or is going throught the same thing.
I have had lots of support and kind words from people and a thankyou to Chriss for his support.
I am really supprised how easy i am finding this, i can honestly say i dont want a cig till after eaten, this is when i want a cig the most. I have discovered tic-tacs, but know i'm slowly turning into a tic-tac. lol.
