I tried in january last year, but gave in after 5 days!! I really think that you have got to really want to if its going to work. The difference is now im in a calm state of mind and i'm very happy with my life at the moment.
If you don't have all these factors you cant do it.
The only problem is now ive turned into one of these ex-smokers who starts coughing and waving there hands when someone lights up near me!!! The only thing worse than a non smoker is a ex smoker! lol

shes been paked in for 3 weeks and 1 day now :)) shes done very wel and im proud of her :)
shes done very wel, shes done about 9 weeks with out one :) im very proud of her:) ive not had one for 6 years so i know what its like.
good try though, theres always next time
dont know will have to ask next time she comes on 
yeah im trying them at the moment the only bad thing is they dont burn that well
