Honestly ... if someone is an hour late that is just plain disrespectful and rude.
If she is running that late ... she could call to let you know to pick her up an hour later. Especially on a first date! I wouldn't want to give the impression of not respecting someone else's time.

I have never been late on dates as i am always keen some of the 1000s of women i have dated have been late i dont mind but i do begin to panic after 4 hours and im still waiting

No the point is to get them being kind of natural, If they knew then they would probally not show up and even the really bad ones would have behaved, I do tell them probally the next day some of them freak out some ask for a copy of the final print, Some ask what i will say about them, Really it is fun no one is getting hurt and they get a free night out or day out depending on what they wanted to do, It has been a great experience from the good the bad the real bad and the bizzare
