My oldest (my only, in fact) turns 31 Jan. 21. She was just born yesterday, it seems. Don't talk to me about feeling old. LOL.

i did the feast yesterday and here to visit is my 34 yr. old daughter, my 23 yr old son, and his girfriend of 5 years, and my 12 yr old daughter who has just crossed the threshold into puberty ..and really REALLY in 3 weeks we watched a transformation that is astonishing !
and marvelous ! and frikin scary!!
we listened to alman bros. eat a peach , and aretha and Tbone walker and NIN and all kinds of R&B and i don't feel far away from that part of myself at all... (on most good days) i still have a bit of a shock when i say out loud i am 52..when did that happen anyway??!!
but yea i guess now that you mention it, i have my dayz as well .....

Your not getting old! The kids are (LOL)....My son is leaving in January for college and also informed me that he is going to be a daddy..He is 5'8 and weighs over 200 pounds also. But he will always be my little boy...My daughter just turned 20. Talking about feeling ancient!!!

Actually I think it may be a little of both.. feeling older because i realized they were older..i dont know..it just hit me suddenly..seems like yesterday they were taking their first steps, saying their first words...great memories

Missy this is in response to your OBTW. Is that a promise HUHUH. Just kidding Missy, I have never told a lady that, nor would I ever. But Ladies make me feel old at times, when I read their profiles. Sometimes they make themselves out to be super lady and when I see the age cut off, it seems like after 60, you are no longer dating material.

Now my oldest daughter turns 16 tomorrow...All of a sudden Im feeling old...
Just had to vent somewhere..
