You'd have to define HEALTH in the context of 'mental' Pedro
Unfortunately the whole Shrink/Drug Industry cannot ( or perhaps rather will not ) ever provide such a definition ... which means they give themselves the right to persuade anyone who will listen to them that their drugs are essential!
Depression is allegedly linked to low SEROTONIN levels
They ( Shrink/Drug Industry) make that claim ... but never ever test anyone for serotonin levels before writing prescriptions.
And, as the body produces serotonin (and many other things ) moment by moment ... such a test would be as meaningful as taking a picture of a Times Square at the peak of summer and telling people that that's how TS looked every day and in every seasons.
Why did the chicken REALLY cross the road ...
To get away from the sales patter of the Eli Lilley, Glaxo and other drug salesmen from Big Pharma !
