You imagine a high school prom with everyone in their birthday suit, no one has to hire a Tux, or buy an expensive ball gown. After all, that way there is total gender equality.
Or everyone wears the same blue suit like in Mao's time.
Individuality is a good thing, but there is a right time and place.
If we did away with clothing that hides how ugly we can look under tailored garments, and girdles designed to hide years of slothful living... we'd all be much healthier.
It'd work much better than making it a crime to sell large sodas.
