Yes, I would date someone out of my culture and beliefs as long as the differences were discussed way in advance and weren't a 'deal-breaker' in any fashion. I don't see any issues with mixed dating as well, as long as the 2 in question are comfortable with it. If they are, that's all that matters. Those who decide to pass judgement at that point really hold no weight whatsoever, as if they were 'relationship experts'
(experts used loosely) that'd have their own TV show and/or news column like Dr. Ruth or Dr. Phil, etc.

My .02,

Rich

Yes, I would date and marry. Been there done that. I actually have been married to a black man for 3 yrs and white for 10yrs. I found no difference when it came to falling in love and making one happy. We shall be a planet of no color, I wish I could be around to see it. A few more years a few more generations and we will be of one color.

I already have, a couple of times.......

Was married to an african-american for 7 years......I have my boys from that marriage.

Dated a girl from Japan, was really different, couldn't get it right and she left, lol

I'm glad the culture mix isn't as prejudice as it use to be, although I know some still freak out by inter-racial couples. Never let it bother me. If you can see the true heart, you'll never see the color of the skin.

Yes, i know 100% that i'll not survive in relationships with Latino-Hispanic and black men ...not in a million years.

Because my temper is not so hot ... and the style of life I live are very laid back. I do not dance salsa ...I prefer waltz

Peace

Yes you are right when you mix black and white together you get tan. Whether any nationality you mix black and white you get tan.

One of my favorite quotes - "There are only two races, the decent and the indecent."

And I might add, "hot and not." laugh

I truly loved my black wife, before she went into her mental illness and tried to kill me and my kid's.

Before I met her, I was sort of prejudice myself. I had black friends, even as a rock-n-roll metal head. I didn't believe in the inter racial thing..... Then I met my wife, and all that changed.... Love just happened, and I no longer seen her as black, the only complaint I had was....I had to teach her how to cook, lol.... And she couldn't braid hair....

Old man once told me..."The things that you hate today, will be the things you love tommorrow." A lot of truth to it..And I have a biker background with friends that are in certain hate groups, They don't harp on me, and I don't try to convert them...And they love my inter racially mixed kid's.

Dating a man of another skin color is not such a big issue...well, here it is, still, sad to say, but not so much as it used to be. But dating someone from an entirely different culture would be very difficult, especially if he comes from a culture that says that women should be seen and not heard, etc. Imagine me being seen but not heard. rolling on the floor laughing

race isn't an issue for me...as it doesn't exist. race is a social construct, not biologically viable.

religion...well, that is a more difficult hurdle.
