ive had insomnia since 2000 on and off........the major tranquilizer I'm on since 2000 usual works as a aid to sleep...but sometimes not........ive also taken sleeping tablets a lot in the past............

on a different note..........it's spring here i'm going to weed out my front garden this morning, we have pebbles and weeds keep coming up, it has to be maintained every couple of months
