The Only input I can say is everytime a tradgedy happens to someone, God always gets the blame...we tend to say things like "why would God let this happen...well, if oyu believe there is a God m,, then you must believe there is a satan...Its not God doing these things, its the devil.... And God gives us the strengthto tell satan to get out of our lives........I could be wrong, we all could, because no one really knows, but we all have that right to our opinion....( I am shaking even writing this)

Yes, there is a God, I believe that God can only experience everything through us, and before we can join him, we must perfect our souls. I don't know much about any kind of religion, but when people hear what I say, they say it sounds like Buddism; all I know is what I feel, and I feel good about what I believe, because God should not be made out to be a scary thing, like the 'fire and brimstone' preachers would spout. I believe we are in a hell of our own making, the way we live our lives shows who we really are, good or bad, we must experience it all. We preprogram our lives before we even come here, 'heaven' is our real home, "Battlefield Earth' is the stage, we act out our scenarios until we get it right, much like 'GroundHog Day', the Godhead is the real Heaven, we all want that kind of perfection, bit to attain it, we must work, fight, love, get the experience that God wants and needs, it's not all roses and sunshine, there is the ugly side as well, but we are all equal to him, each of us is a God or Goddess, He did make us in His image, and He gave us life so He could experience the living of it, through us. He is pure energy, and therefore cannot do what flesh and blood can. I do not believe in organized religion, or any cult groups, we are our own universe, we control what we do, so make your life count for something.

You are right maybe in that way AKDOPhd. Who is to say there is any gender involved here. There is a reason for this world though and the course of nature. Scientific theories are in fact conjecture in many ways too. There is definately a scientific base to why people are here, but do you say that humans are just animals that are smarter? Do you say you do not have a spiritual side? I am sure there are people who only run on primal instinct, Some that only are thinkers and have no conscience. That is what sets us apart is we do have the ability to have a conscience. Every living thing is made from God. Everything natural is from God. Thats includes love!!

look there are soooooooooooo many ways to see things , to feel things soo many perspectives it is not black or white i know you agree to this , certainly we are more than animals that are smarter!! ( or from where i am writing maybe dumber) do i have a spiritual side? i hope so but i have done some horrible things that for me have betrayed everything that defines my spirituality, and have left me questioning everything about myself everything i have ever held dear or valuable, i dont know what i am anymore....

This tells me that you are using your special human gift, your conscience, otherwise these things would not bother you. You still have your spirituality and values in tact, otherwise you would not be crying. Everybody makes choices at times they regret at times in their lives. Was it survival or malice? We all have our moments. You seem like a good woman who made an error on down the line but take this bad and appreciate the fact that you know what is truly dear to you from this. I am sorry you are crying and feel honored you would want to share with me. I will, and I will do it complete confidence to you. If I can help you feel better by being your shoulder I am honored.
