It certainly does have a yoyo effect on our emotions. If feeling down, it's good to just do the little things you enjoy, reading a book, watching a feel good movie, listening to music or going for a walk, in the meantime we'll plod on :)manospears: How much more can you take?

I am working through out all this. I see the all the frustration on people face over this. Hopefully this year there be light at the end of the tunnel. Please god.
