I doubt it that #3 will not happen.any time soon. Could be wrong though.
I think China Usa and or Russia would push another country to hit a strategic button but that could include the middle east pushing too. North Korea? somewhere in Africa? Guaranteed it wont be Greenland or Antartica.

I don't know about all those specific regions as far as who'll push the button who is going to burn but I have a feeling that a third of the world's population will be snuffed in an instant.
