I need some help here....lol i am cooking fried chicken and i usually avoid cooking fried chicken because i mess it up all the time lol i think they are done and they are not and i have to put them back on and if i go to cutting them open with a knife they fall apart. I can cook pretty good but this is the one thing that i have problems with...i know pointless thread but i could use some suggestions.
wait till the oil is hot then throw the chicken in. dont use soo much oil that it covers it either. periodically turn when the breading is golden brown and not burned to hell check it a lil see if its done if not let it cook longer
i was gonna do that but i promised to make dinner, and have my parents eat with me. lol and my mom would be able to tel the difference. She would be like , son i taught you how to cook how come you dont .
