You must come and experience the American River Bod. My daughter fell off the raft in the Devil's point where it took three lives of rafting guides.

I will find the pictures.

Scary as hell but my daughter was trained as we were all to be allowed to raft

Ten_of_cupss: I hope I can take my kid to Kapadokya, Turkey, this summer.
I'd love to go to Cappadocia. Nearly made it a few years ago when I was staying at the treehouses
at Olympus but just ran out of time.

thumbs up

It is worth seeing, especially from above with a a hot air balloon...
Not to mention the great value for money...

Yes, it's the classic shot of Capp, the mass of wonderfully coloured hot air balloons above the spectacular landscape looks magic.

Wow, amazing photos Ten, they're places I'd love to go and see...

There's an abandoned village in Turkey, hidden in the hills/underground. It's supposed to be big enough to house 40,000 people and they can't work out why it was abandoned..It's on my list to go and see..

if you're ever in Czech republic..and have time, go and see the chapel of skulls...it's pretty macabre but still..uh oh wow

There are charter flights from Varna and Sofia.
The prices for 3-4 nights start from 260 Euros...for a four star hotel. That includes the flight.
Half board for two is on average 500 Euros for 4 nights.

Ok, in the meantime, here's a pic of the crazy Kampala bus station. The bus I was about to catch was right in the middle and somehow, to my disbelief, the driver managed to get out...laugh
