I stopped watching the " this is how bad places have become" a while ago. I did stumble across some guy with Mark Laiti from Soft White Underbelly walking some urban CA street. Laiti was honest in stating there is no real solution. Too bad I can't find that specific one but watch some of the SWU's and decide what you think.
Way back when garry Webb wrote a book called None dare call it conspiracy. One of his statements was TPTB planned to lower the standard of living in the US and raise it in the rest of the world. Nearly fifty years later here we are,
