Why is it women have such a hard time accepting a male with a disability as a possible partner whereas the the guys seem to be much more open minded when its the other way around?

What evidence have you that "the the guys seem to be much more open minded when its the other way around?"

Every time you post on here it's to talk about your disability, women won't date me, whinge whinge whinge.

Change your attitude, if it's not an issue to you and you get on with your daily life not focusing on your disability, then you will find someone who will look beyond it too.

The easiest solution to this problem, would be to try and find someone with your same disability, and then you can relate better with each other.

Are you mentioning it a lot without realising, I was chatting to a man that was very short I didn’t see it as an issue till he kept bringing it up or making jokes I ended the conversation as I couldn’t listen to it anymore , mention it once if you want to and move on . We all have certain things we look for in a partner and it’s not necessarily to do with your disability.
