We live in close proximity of each other and under new management. No dogs over 20 pounds are supposed to be here, but you guessed it there are. I like dogs but not off a leash in the City. Not sure management really cares about the issue as it is all about them running to the bank with the big bucks it seems as they certainly do not want to repair anything. Very strange indeed and would like to move, but not that easy these days because of the housing crunch we are in
