I've never heard this Dylan song. I didn't know we have a billboard here since Detroit's Lebanese-American Kemal Amin "Casey" Kasem's top 40 radio show. I know his surviving cousin and Christian minister Lawrence still living in Michigan. Casey's children sued his last wife for elder abuse and distress because she restricted their visitations before Casey died. The law suite was settled sometime around 2018. Good song by Dylan btw.
