Have you tried putting this post on the international site as well??
At the top of this page there are both options for "Canada Forums" as well as "Int'l Forums"...click on the Int'l and start a new thread there...I'm thinking you may have more luck there as it is mostly Americans that utilize that forums (the Europeans also have their own forum)....
