Oh gosh, eighth grade and I was such an ugly duckling. This boy named John moved into my town and was in the same grade as me. He lived up the road from me, so everytime I rode my bike past his house, my heart was wildly beating. Went around singing the song "Johnny Angel" in my head. I had this fantasy that he would ask me to the eighth grade dance. I even bought a dress. But he never looked at me twice, the dress stayed in the closet, I stayed home and when we all went to high school the next year, I think he had moved away :(

MINE WAS WHEN I WAS BETWEEN 75 AND 76! I BELIEVE I WAS EITHER IN THE 3RD OR 4TH GRADE AND SHE WAS IN THE 2ND OR 3RD GRADE. HER NAME WAS DOROTHY WE CALLED HER DODY. SHE HAD BLOND HAIR AND I BELIEVE BLUE EYES. I REMEMBER THE FIRST TIME I EVER SAW HER A FRIEND OF MINE WAS WANTING TO GO OUT WITH HER AND HE WANTED ME TO SEE HER SO WE RAN THROUGH THE PARK TO THE END OF IT BY THE APTMENTS WHERE SHE LIVED AND HID IN THE GRASS WHEN HER AND HER SISTER CAME BY SHE SEEN US IN THE TALL GRASS AND WHEN I STOOD UP MY WAS MESMERIZED BY HER AND I COULDN'T TAKE MY EYES OFF HER.
WE ENDED UP BOY AND GIRLFRIEND AND USED TO CLIMB UP THE TREE IN HER BACK YARD AND KISS! GOD SHE WAS BEAUTIFUL.
THEN THE DAY CAME WHEN HER DAD GOT TRANSFERED AND WE BOTH CRIED WHEN SHE LEFT.
I REMEMBER THEM DRIVING OFF. WHERE ARE YOU DOROTHY CRANE WHERE ARE YOU NOW. DO YOU REMEMBER ME LIKE I REMEMBER YOU?
ARE THE MEMORIES STILL ETCHED IN YOUR MIND LIKE THEY ARE MINE.
