If you're truly concerned about another's feelings, as I suppose we all should be, focus on a positive first.

Surely there's an appealling characteristic about the person that you could compliment, then state why you're not interested. Ex: I see that you don't want children, you're too far away, we seem to have different views regarding particular topics, etc.

Someone who is intrested,is in one way or another going to end up with hurt feelings, but to be honest is the only way of handling it.

Ex:"Its been nice meeting you, butI don't see this going anywhere, good luck in finding what it is your looking for."

Be truthful, no need to beat around the bush its up to the recipient how they react Just be honest everybody will react differently you can't control other peoples emotions some individuals dont handle rejection well no matter how much you explain, (he or she) is not the one.

I consider myself a good person and unfortunatly care about other people feelings, (not matter how sweet I tried to make it, kiss goodbye, a thank you, it is not you if me, still feel bad making feel someone miserable, happened once. He is a good lonely man, but I just didn't feel it. Called him once after that, but I think it was a wrong moved, it gave him a wrong idea, this time I have to be super clear haven't called since.
I still feel bad and think it will pass.

Yami, You would like to tell me I am not the one your looking for??? lol Yami, You want GOD's best (I would hope), and just share that you will know when GOD puts HIS man in your life! Your allegiance is to HIM, not to any man!!! So, just be yourself and feel...FREE!!!!! Yami, Please never feel like you owe anyone anything! Just be YOU!!! You are so incredibly beautiful inside and out and your heart is written all over your words and expression so if you feel someone is not for you, don't be shy- be FREE! Such, will ever be freeing when you express such!!! Oh, I could be the one you say that your not looking for huh? lol I missed you, today...Frank

all of the above , good suggestions.

Like one said , you can try to be nice but there may be hurt feelings anyway. You can't sacrifice yourself just to spare (his) feelings. Like in a survival situation ,
you have to take care of yourself , above all else.

If all else fails , get a restraining order. TODAY !!

haha (sorry , 4ever)

I send something like this;

"Dear (name),
Thank you for taking an interest in me but I don't think we are compatible for the following reasons.
(List of reasons)
I wish you the best in finding that special someone who makes you feel complete.

Sincerely,
Earl (Raynew)"

I try to be as friendly as possible with all unless they turn out to be scammers later on :D

How many profiles do you see that say.. "no liars.. no head games".. well.. don't lie.. don't keep seeing the person that you don't think that is the one for you...

Even if your reasons may not be sufficient enough for them... at least you are being honest..

Don't dwell on the negative... keep it neutral..

Wish them well... and go on about your life... hopefully they are mature enough to move on...
