nikkimaypantheress, UK18 Threads 930 Poststrue but i`ve had this problem for a few years now on an off. only had the pc for 5 months now, but i must admit it is addictive. i know when it`s time to come off it as every thing goe`s all blurry an wobbly!
Yeah you're right England, being on here can make the mind too active to sleep at times. Every night before I sleep I read for about half an hour which helps slow things down for me.
