I'm just say here debating what to poison the kids with for tea tonight no not until they change my painkillers, and ive got to see about 4 different docotrs first, and maybe a few operations, so my pain wont be controlled for a while. as soon as all thats done they will change my pain relief but it will be a while unfortuantely

I'm fine. I got home from work early tonight so that is always a bonus. I dont have to cook because I had a massive cooking session the other night so I have loads of food already prepared so I am going to open some wine a little later and chill.
