Well...we can also be to political correct. In my mind looks are important. The question is kust how you define a "good look". We all do that differently. Some men like tall and slim women some want them more curvy. Some women like men with "pondus"(a "power" belly and not that much hair, but lots of authority), other like slim and skinny men. Therefore I think the picture is vital in a contact ad. It is important because - with the experience gathered through the years - you have learned a bit about the character of people when you see their faces. And the picture can help you faster to find out if this is a person that you really want to meet.

I bet you also look more closely at the profiles with pictures than at the ones without???

Iam a woman,and in my opinion,looks are not everything.It is what is inside and a mans nature.I have known some really snotty men, in my days who were Real Hunks!!!,and some men who were lets say Plain as Pumpkin Pie.Deep down inside,they had a wonderul heart,but were treated like WallFlowers.SAD!!!!To say, many of them became bitter and mean,and withdrew from the world of women.I would rather go with someone who was simple and plain,than to be somebody who got stuck on their selves,This is just my oipinion,Ican't speak for the rest of the women.

Of course looks attract....But it's what is on the inside of a man that keeps me...He could be the greatest looking man and still be an idiot and I would say....wave

BUT also what's on the inside can make a man sooooo much more attractive than looks ever could!!!!!!!!!!!
