it is a fad or fashion of the time; some people have a small tattoo and some go in for body its not for me; but feel it may be a way the the youth of today expresses itself; no different to the youth of my day;

A regrettable experiment I think .
yes so right friends in the foces had tatoos and one said later in life just how costly it was to remove a ladies name but once there always there

agree ,but also kind of tattoo is important,isn't it? Imagine -a monster at the proper place ...
Tatoos are usually of a personal nature.... and they signify something in a persons life, usually. Every tatoo has a meaning behind it.
Names are bad subjects to have permanently inked into your skin..... because, like Banana Republics, the names change with time.
My neice's husband had her name (4 letters) tatoo'd on his groin, in huge black box letters.... and then they got divorced.... Her joyful revenge was how he was going to live with That tatoo?.. or how painful to have removed! She had an unusual name, so not much chance of him meeting another by the same name....!!!!
I had my armband tatoo done at 43, when I was sure I was never going to become a Corporate Secretary..... just stay a wacky artist/farmer.

having a tatoo done, before
it became en vogue, through Cher.
Couldnt make up my mind what motive and mainly where
to place it. Especially since I wanted it seen but not
by everyone...
So here I am still without ...

ETCBody art!, sometimes beautiful, most odd, when you see a sand-script tat on a Caucasian, wonder if an asian would do the same in english? "Permanently sun and month of earth" not quite the same is it."???????????".Well each to there own search for the answer to life! When a woman paints a tatoo, she detracts from her beauty not adds anything...or should I say she would be adding an imperfection to her skin.
Funny how women who spend so much money to remove a small imperfection from their skin, wherever it be, decide to paint such mostrosity on their bodies.
Although not indelible, a tatoo is not an easy thing to remove.
Unless irrestibly beautiful, a girl with a tatoo, especially a large one would be out of the running for me. I would not choose her from a lineup of beauties. she would be an instant elimination as my companion or date.

Pity you don't honor me, because I would sincerely prefer you to those tatooed beauties you mentioned......if they are tatooed.....

I like certain tatoos like for ex: tiny rose, dolphin, lizard. Have been tempting to go for it but always kept back cause in doubt whether i would accept it or not
