If its in person. I usualy give body signs. Such as deep eye contact, smile, I tend to be touchy feely (no not like you all think lol) but I mean such as I will always gently tap the person on the arm or leg when talking to them. If I show interest in the conversation and I can flirt.
For me it all depends on the situation I am in and the mood I am in and the person it is etc...

It's easy behind the safety of a keyboard but in person I'm quite shy. I've been shot down enough times in the past to be very gun shy now. I will respond if a woman shows any interest at all and it can just be from asking me general things about my work, family, upbringing, or my opinion on something coupled with their tone of voice, their eyes, a smile, body language, an innocent touch, or little unexpected kindnesses they might show me.
OMG!! I just did that! I never realized how attracted I am to myself.

As for spoiling someone special....there are no limits..and it doesnt have to be big things...its the small thoughtful things that mean to the most..at least to me....kind words,shared moments, ...remembering things you said...I LOVE THAT ...remembering things said...and bringing them back into conversation...that is beyond sweet!! I am not a needing diamonds kinda girl....much rather have thoughtful moments......
