I don't think that losing weight too quickly is the way to go. You end up with saggy skins and other problems. The way you are doing it sounds very sensible, the water must be helping to fill you up. I tend to stick to the same calorie intake and that way my body tells me when it's had enough.

Removing bread and pasta has helped alot.

I'd rather be healthy all year round than just summer, but I know the feeling obviously less clothes in summer so everythingis noticable. But the more comfortable one is with their body the more comfortable others around them will be.

If you can try and keep up the work out routine all year round at least 3 times a week.
