Thanks for your suggestions...so... In my opinion 15% fat is way too much. My diet is actually a "FAT FREE" one...as you know it's impossible to have 0% of fat, but as little as possible.

You said: if you really want to put on a little weight cut down to day on and day off training regime...you took this wrong! I DO NOT want to put more weight on, what I said was that if I loose fat and gain muscle growth and I weigh more like that I wouldn't mind.

Yes in summer its nice to live on fruit and fresh salads, I eat loads of that stuff.

15% fat is really quite essential.....but good fats...fish oils etc full og omega 3 which as you know is essential for the heart, for toning up still a day on day off training regime appears to work best otherwise you will never manage to put on any muscle as you keep burning off all the hard work you do the day before,,,,for muscle to grow it has to rest also ...not huge muscles obviously you just want to be toned but the principle is the same.........god forbid don't deny the lady her banana's then rolling on the floor laughing

Frankly, the novelty of peeling a banana has worn off. I no longer bother peeling a banana, I know what's inside....

I believe in the Mediterranean diet on very low fat and the best natural quality of Oilive Oil, its full of vitamin E and unsaturated fats, good for your equilbrated need of this sort of fats, which will not put on body fat.. together with a good glas of wine.. wine

Und Vy do I need more fish? You think I want to live longer? .. and be healthier than I am? or something ...?

Eating fish is detrimental to the oceans.. now I feel guilty opening a can of Tuna... cause of what I read about whats happening out there.... And Sushi is worst case. Sardines in a can are okay ... its the big fish that concern me. And I dont like eating the scavenging seafood things.

One thing about CH is all they got here is Schwein - Pig. And I like pigs, used to have one for a pet ... very clean and intelligent animals, so I feel like a cannibal to eat pig.

Chicken is okay ... as long as it hasnt had its beak cut off and been de-toed to be allowed to be called "Free Range" before it got slung on the conveyor belt and be-headed.

Snake would probably be about the best bet, I think, but they got no snakes here in CH.

So, that leaves about the only thing without a face... vegetables. Wish I could eat snails.... got millions of those here.. but yugh, add salt and it turns to slime.

Are we talking the Garden Snail? That yughy thing that slides along the ground?... What about Slugs..... we got huge sort of armour plated ones here, realy big. Think they edible? What do I do with the garlic? How do you cook them?

LOL..... I gonna serve my grandkids, Spark-Plug and Gas-ball, with New Super Improved Re-cycled Snail Burgers tonight... and if they eat all their dinner, they can have Chocolate Cake.
